Job Search Accelerator
Every job search is a journey—and you don’t have to go it alone. Temple's Job Search Accelerator equips alumni with the latest tools, resources and proven strategies to support every stage of the job search process. This virtual, four-module program covers:
- Career Identity & Direction
- Resume & LinkedIn Development
- Job Search Strategy & Networking
- Interview Prep & Salary Negotiation
Two Ways to Participate:
- Live Cohort Experience: Join a supportive, eight-week program with weekly check-ins, discussion boards and live Q&A. The next cohort launches October 24, 2025.
- On-Demand Access: Start anytime and move at your own pace. You'll receive occasional check-ins from our team to offer support and answer questions.

Career Design Fellowship Program
Temple has partnered with the career change experts at Mission Collaborative to bring you the Alumni Career Design Fellowship, an online program to help Temple alumni like you get the clarity and plan you need to find a fulfilling career that fits you.
Whether you're early-, mid- or late-career, the fellowship will give you the structure and accountability you need to make the breakthrough progress you've been struggling to achieve on your own, while fitting into your busy schedule.
"The [Design Fellowship] program came into my life at a time when I was starting to evaluate how to evolve into the next phase of my career. I did not want to retire, but instead, re-tire or re-tread my career to align with the next season of my life. Alumni Career Fairs
These curated job fairs feature opportunities that require a minimum of a bachelor's degree and are designed specifically for alumni seeking their next career move. Temple participates in regional fairs in Philadelphia and New York City, in collaboration with other area colleges and universities. We're also actively exploring ways to expand our reach and provide even more access to top-tier employers across industries.
Young Alumni Professional Development Conference
Designed specifically for our newest graduates, this conference helps young alumni navigate the early years of their professional journey with confidence. Through engaging workshops, networking opportunities and practical career guidance, participants gain the tools they need to build a strong foundation after Temple. The next conference will be Saturday, February 28, 2026.
