2025 Art Market at Tyler Featured Artists
Homecoming & Family Weekend wouldn't be complete without Tyler School of Art and Architecture's annual Art Market, featuring alumni and student artists.

This year's Art Market at Tyler will be held Friday, October 10, 12-7 p.m. in the Lobby & Green Hallway of 2001 N. 13th Street, Philadelphia, PA 19122, during Homecoming & Family Weekend. The event is sponsored by the Tyler School of Art and Architecture Alumni Association and Temple University Alumni Association.
The artists, all alumni or current students, will attend in person at the event to display and sell their art. You can find their artist features below, which include submitted samples of their work, information about the artist(s), and a link to their website or shop to view and purchase their work. Meet the 2025 Art Market Artists
Clarita Bedoya, TYL ’22
Mascot Madness
Clarita is a fiber artist, Tyler alum, and aspiring entrepreneur with a passion for crocheting whimsical stuffed creatures. She’s currently expanding her product line through her website, where she shares her handmade creations. As a proud Temple Owl, Clarita celebrates school spirit by crafting red owl plushies for students and their families—an homage to the impact Tyler has had on her artistic journey and love for fiber arts.
Ellyse Bendillo, TYL ’18
Enamellyse
Ellyse transforms illustrations into fine jewelry using traditional enameling techniques, with a focus on champlevé and plique-à-jour. After earning her BFA in Metals/Jewelry/CAD from Tyler School of Art, she began working on Philadelphia’s historic Jeweler’s Row, specializing in gold repairs and antique enamel restoration. This experience opened her eyes to the creative potential of enamel, blending the playfulness of color and illustration with the precision of fine jewelry craftsmanship.
Candice Benton, TYL ’23
Candice Benton Art
Candice is a Philadelphia-based emerging jewelry artist and entrepreneur. After developing a passion for crafting and design at an early age, she decided to pursue art as her career path, leading her to the Tyler School of Art and Architecture where she studied metals and jewelry. Candice creates multi-media wearable pieces that focus on themes of fantasy, memory, and childhood nostalgia, to bring light to difficult subject matter such as loss, mental wellness, and trauma.

Carson Bohlen, TYL ’20
No Mug - No Coffee
With an eclectic style, Carson's ceramic work is distinctive and exploratory in nature. Inspired by ergonomics, he enjoys redefining how one interacts with his work. This is perhaps most notable in his unique mug designs. With no interest in production style pottery, each piece is unlike any of its predecessors. Most recently, Carson has been exploring a range of primitive techniques in ceramics.
Gianna Brescia, TYL ’19
Next Sunday Studio
Next Sunday Studio is a collection of jewelry handmade with care by Gianna Brescia. Her creations are influenced by antique objects she has collected over the years, her dream journals and an overall sense of whimsy. She primarily uses the lost wax casting technique to carve her designs in wax and then has them cast in metal on Jeweler’s Row. All of her work is created in her Philadelphia apartment alongside her numerous plants and two pet cats.
Ethan Carroll, TYL ’22
Nahcroll Illustration
Ethan is the multidisciplinary artist behind Nahcroll Illustration. Since graduating from Tyler School of Art at Temple University in 2022, Carroll has taken inspiration from Philadelphia’s environment; his work is a reflection of the unapologetic city he resides in. The foundation of his work rests in the caricatures of conversations, landscapes and moments Carroll stumbles upon. The idea of being present translates over to Carroll’s craft; all two dimensional work starts as hand drawn ink pieces which are later scanned and colored digitally.
Kelly Egan, TYL ’19
Kelly is an artist and art teacher based in South Philly who finds joy in exploration, layering, and storytelling through her work. After earning a degree in Graphic Design in 2019, she leaned on Procreate as a creative outlet before being drawn back to traditional illustration tools. Inspired by children’s book illustrators like William Steig, Lane Smith, James Marshall, and Quentin Blake, Kelly hopes to one day publish her own whimsical, nostalgic stories. She’s also a self-taught ceramicist, and after years of experimentation, she’s finally proud of some of her delightfully wonky creations.
Kieran Elliott, TYL ’26

Kieran is a full-time interdisciplinary artist based in Bear Creek, Pennsylvania, dedicated to evoking wonder through a wide range of media. Specializing in woodworking and flame working, her work also includes glass animals, resin dice, crocheted blankets and more. Driven by curiosity and growth, Kieran creates pieces that inspire awe and comfort, fostering a welcoming, judgment-free space through her art.
April Finfrock, TYL ’24
April has a passion for creating whimsical illustrations that appeal to those who love all things whimsical and silly. Since graduation, she has begun turning her illustrations into physical products such as stickers, prints, and posters through her small business. With the support of the Tyler community, she is excited to expand her offerings.
Eva Hardy, TYL ’23
Eva Hardy Design
Eva is a Philadelphia-based freelance illustrator and graphic designer with a BFA in Graphic and Interactive Design from Temple University’s Tyler School of Art and Architecture. Her work combines playful storytelling with bold color, texture, and character-driven imagery, often described as having a storybook aesthetic. Inspired by everyday moments, nature, nostalgia, and the quiet magic in ordinary things, Eva brings warmth and whimsy to every project.
Samantha Henken, TYL ’24
Screaming Toads
Samantha, also known as Screaming Toads, is a multidisciplinary artist specializing in ceramics and polymer clay figurines. Her work channels childhood wonder through vibrant colors and playful patterns, aiming to spark joy and imagination. A 2024 graduate of Tyler School of Art with a degree in Art Education and a certificate in Community Arts, Samantha brings a sense of fun and community to everything she creates.
Kalila Jones, TYL ’24
Kalila Crochet
Kalila is a textile artist who creates whimsical, wearable art and accessories that put the fun in functional. Her recent work centers around a playful world of "birbs," brought to life through hats, prints, pins, and stickers. Kalila also enjoys collaborating with fellow local textile artists, bringing community and creativity together in every piece.
Sana Kewalramani, TYL ’22
Sanashine Design
Sana, also known as Sanashine, is a Philadelphia-based graphic designer and visual storyteller. As an Indian-American, her work is shaped by the fusion of two cultures, inspiring her love for duality, intricate detail, and vibrant design. Sana’s art embraces bold patterns, playful puns, and surreal dreamscapes, all aimed at sparking emotion, communicating meaningful messages, and creating those unforgettable AHA moments for viewers of all backgrounds.
Nicholas Kreutzer, TYL ’21
NWK
Nick Kreutzer is an artist, designer, and printmaker specializing in screen printing and cut-and-sewn garments. While his focus is on handmade clothing, Nick is always experimenting with new techniques and materials. His work reflects a deep love for hands-on making and a constant drive to push creative boundaries.

Lucky Cat Crafts
Lucky Cat Crafts is a female Asian-run small business founded in March 2024 by Oanh Luong, Emily Trinh, and Cecilia Vu—students from Tyler School of Art studying Design & Imaging. They handcraft a variety of products including keychains, phone charms, necklaces, and crochet keychains. What began as a creative idea between Trinh and Luong grew into a collaborative partnership when Vu joined, turning a shared hobby into a thriving business that puts their graphic design skills to the test.
Gabriel Massalley, TYL ’15
Status Apparel DC
Gabriel is a 2015 graduate of the Tyler Architecture program and currently works as an apparel and architectural designer. He is the owner of Status Apparel DC, a Black-owned apparel brand based in Washington, D.C., known for its premium quality products and designs with a meaningful message.

Forge & Finish
Forge & Finish is a distinctive women owned and operated jewelry company that is intentionally keeping things small. Handmade pieces range from modern mixed-metal designs highlighting signature textures and original, sculptural silhouettes.

The Brush Company
The Brush Company's goal is to combine whimsy and functionality in the products we make. They specialize in handheld ceramic brushes with tampico fibre bristles but our work extends to handmade candles and candle holders and wall decor. Their work is all about creating objects that are carefree while still being functional.
Lauren Mohr, TYL ’21
Mohr Does Art
Lauren is an artist specializing in vibrant, humorous acrylic pet portraits. She graduated from Temple University’s Tyler School of Art in 2021 with a BS in Art Education. While teaching art in Philadelphia and caring for her two cats, Violet and Powder, Lauren began creating work that celebrates the everyday, beloved moments of pet ownership. Her art highlights the positive impact pets have on our lives, embracing the joy often overlooked in a world quick to label pet lovers.

Ampart LLC
Almedia is a Philadelphia native based in Hampton Roads, Virginia. Her work reflects a deep love for the sea and the local community she calls home, both of which inspire her creative practice.
Victoria Rapak, CLA ’20
Palette of Philly
Victoria began her business crafting handmade “sea” glass jewelry inspired by her collection from the Schuylkill River in Manayunk. Since then, she has expanded her creative practice to include resin art, mini oil paintings, quartz crystal earrings from Cape May, screen-printed shirts, and mini ceramic vases. As an ICU nurse, Victoria uses these diverse artistic mediums to decompress and finds joy in sharing her creations with others.
Boni Ray, TYL ’25
Boni is an Indian-American artist based in Philadelphia. She enjoys creating illustrations of fantastical scenes and is passionate about the intersection of art, fantasy, and identity.
Lynette Rodriguez, TYL ’15
Light Bird Crafts
Lynette draws inspiration from the rhythm and movement found in nature. She translates the beauty she observes—like the flow of a tree—into her clay work, striving to capture the essence of the natural world in her art.
Angela Sileo, TYL ’23
Angela is a 24-year old lens and process based artist. Cyanotype is her main method of photographic art making. She works and lives in Philadelphia with roots from Southern New Jersey. Angela focuses on relationships between experimentation, chance, and embracing the imperfect. She aims for unexpected connections between different mediums.
Amanda Smith, TYL ’17
Amanda is a Tyler alumna with a BFA in Painting who expanded into digital art to keep creating within a limited space. Her signature work features a lighthearted—and, as some say, slightly unnerving—series of illustrations depicting birds with arms.

J. Ian works with chipboard and acrylic at hand scale to make sculptural expressions in conceptual geometries.
Francesa van Stolk, TYL ’13
Feramics
Francesca is an artist and arts educator living in Baltimore, Maryland. She is the owner of Feramics, a small and mighty one woman powered ceramic and illustration studio. Ranging from her tiniest ceramic earrings, to ornately surfaced pottery, to illustrated greeting cards for everyday life moments, she hopes her creations bring smiles, and in the case of pottery, stay awhile! She regularly shares her work at markets and loves connecting with folks in person.
Ping Zhong, TYL ’23
Ping earned her BFA in Art and Architecture from the Tyler School at Temple University in December 2022, majoring in ceramics, and her MFA from Penn State University in May 2025.
Tyler Ceramics Collective
Tyler Ceramics Collective is a group led by ceramic majors at Tyler School of Art, hosting sales to share work with the community. They welcome other Temple students with ceramic experience, providing space and materials to create. TCC aims to build a supportive network that fosters creativity and uplifts emerging artists.

Tyler Design & Illustration Club
The Tyler Design and Illustration Club is a student-run organization that focuses on bringing together students interested in Graphic Design and Illustration. The club mainly focuses on providing its members with activities that allow them to practice their skills outside of class while meeting others with similar interests.
